Inspections
When real estate is sold in New Mexico, a 3rd Party Evaluation on the septic system is required. The purpose of this is for both parties to become aware of the septic systems current condition.
We have the experience to accurately asses each system and provide helpful information on the success of the system. In the event the system requires repairs, a quote is provided to bring the system up to NMAC 20.7.3 code.
